Hot Broth Ramen


This is so easy to make and it can be done in mere minutes, with everything easy to find in your local Korean store.


1. Fry the gochujang miso, spring onion, sesame oil, and garlic in a small pot until fragrant and aromatic.
2. Add the water and let it rise to a steady boil. Throw in the kale and add in the ramen.
3. Plate up, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and a egg yolk or fried egg and enjoy hot and steamy.
