Diets Tova’s new favorite main dish comes together in a 9×13 pan and is kid-friendly to prep, yet sophisticated enough for grown-ups to enjoy.

1 rack back ribs
2 tablespoons Haddar Dark Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon dried minced onion, such as Gefen
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the ribs in a pan just large enough to accommodate them and pat dry.
In a small bowl, mix together all the spices then sprinkle generously all over the ribs, including underneath.
Cover tightly and bake for three to four hours, until soft. Uncover and drizzle with as much hot honey as your heart desires. Broil for a few minutes to caramelize.
