Moist and delicious, these patties are a classic supper staple. Layer it with crunchy veggies and serve with this refreshing creamy slaw as a side or inside the burger bun.
1 pound ground turkey or chicken,preferably dark meat
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Glicks Ketchup
1/2 cup Gefen Breadcrumbs
3/4 cup Rice Krispies
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Gefen Mustard
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
Mix all ingredients.
Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry patties over a medium flame for approximately three minutes on each side.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add coleslaw and mix until combined.
Serve with turkey burgers.
