Prepare the Lemon-Dill Skewers

In a bowl, combine dill, lemon juice and zest, garlic, oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add chicken, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat oven to broil. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.

Thread chicken onto 18 skewers. Place on the prepared baking sheet and broil on high for six minutes, or until cooked through.
