Diets Snack boards can be super-fancy or simple and easy. The only rule about building a snack board is that there are no rules! This is what I used. Feel free to do whatever suits your family.
Mango and Cream Popcorn (see recipe below)
strawberry-flavored Greek yogurt
cheese slices, cut into star shapes using a cookie cutter
cucumbers, sliced
baby carrots
orange pepper, cut into strips
smoked almonds
bananas slices
apple slices
blueberries
veggie straws
chickpea puffs
1 (4-and-1/2-ounce) bag popcorn
1/2 cup (about 6 slices) dried mango (or any dried fruit of your choice), cut into pieces
2 cups cinnamon-flavored cereal, broken up
1 (9-ounce) bag white chocolate chips, melted
Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet. Drizzle mango and cereal over the popcorn. Drizzle melted chocolate chips over the popcorn.
Let it set in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Break into pieces and serve.
Place three bowls on the empty board, spread apart. Fill the bowls with the dips (and in this case popcorn as well).
Arrange the food around the bowls.
