These butternut squash fries have a sweet and savory flavor that is so addicting!
1 butternut squash, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup Mighty Sesame Tahini
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Line two large baking sheets with Gefen Parchment Paper. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the butternut squash strips in a bowl.
Mix together the tahini, maple syrup, olive oil and salt, and pour into the bowl with the squash strips. Using gloves hands, mix well. Break up the strips so they are well coated in sauce.
Place the strips on the baking sheets, leaving about an inch between them on all sides. Roast at 425 for 30 minutes, then flip and lower the oven to 350 and cook for another 30 minutes.
