The coffee adds a rich intensity to the chocolate flavour. This cake is so simple to throw together and is always a family favourite! In fact, it’s so easy to make, I think it will become your favourite as well.
2 cups sugar
2 cups Mishpacha Flour
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs
2 teaspoons coffee
2 tablespoons boiling water
1/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
1/4 cup Heaven & Earth Chocolate Syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, place the sugar, flour, oil, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and eggs and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, place the coffee and dissolve in boiling water. Add the cocoa and chocolate syrup and mix until combined. Add one cup of white batter to chocolate mixture, and mix until well combined.
Spray a bundt cake pan well with baking spray (oil mixed with flour). Pour the white batter into the greased pan, add chocolate batter, and swirl gently with a knife to combine, about five to six strokes. Bake for one hour. Let cool for five minutes in the pan, and then hold a plate at the top of the pan, and flip over.

Best Bundt recipe!
what can u use instead of chocolate syrup?
I think you should be able to mix hot cocoa mix with some milk instead of the syrup, I would try to keep it as thick as possible to mimic syrup.
I used this simple recipe to make my own Parve chocolate syrup:

You might want to add a little bit more sugar (some people liked it, others thought that it was a bit too bitter)
Excellent cake-I made it in two small loaf pans and it came out great!
How long did you bake it in the loaf pans?
The best cake ever!
I was so excited for my family to enjoy this cake!!! They all loved it, I loved it!!!. It was easy to put together. Better than the bakery and I totally rate this a 10!
Delicious! I tried many marble pound cakes, nothing came out so delicious as this one! I used white spelt flour and still came out fluffy. It definitely became our favorite! Thanks for this awesome recipe!
Amazing recipe! My family’s new favorite Bundt cake
