Prepare the Meat Lasagna
In a big pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic for about 10 minutes until they start to brown at the edges.
Add the beef. Let the meat brown for about 10 minutes and add the salt and pepper and marinara sauce and crushed tomatoes. Mix well.
Cover and let simmer for about half an hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Layer the bottom of a well sprayed nine- by 13-inch pan with sauce. Top with noodles and then sauce. Repeat until done.
Cover well. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
