1 pound chopped meat
1 egg
2 tablespoons soy milk or Gefen Almond Milk
2 tablespoons panko crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
1/2 cup Glicks Ketchup
cooked rice (optional)
1/3 cup Gefen BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup Glicks Ketchup
1 tablespoon honey
Gefen Puff Pastry Squares, defrosted
bbq sauce mixture
meat mixture
cooked rice (optional)
Mix together the egg, soy milk and panko crumbs.
Add in the chopped meat, spices, and ketchup.
Mix together until fully combined. Then, add in rice if using.
Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
On a puff pastry square, spread some of the bbq sauce.
Then, add a spoonful of meat and a drop of rice.
Pinch the opposite ends together.
Place on a lined baking tray.
Brush with an egg wash.
Bake on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
