1. In a medium bowl, combine oil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. And cubed steak and toss to coat.
2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably several hours or overnight.
3. Pour a little olive oil in a nonstick skillet to coat and heat on medium heat. Add steak and cook for two to three minutes per side for medium; for well done, cook for an extra minute or so.
4. Remove skillet from stove. Add tomatoes.
