This watermelon and feta salad is a refreshing, beautiful summery treat. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and tart. Enjoy it for a weekday lunch or a seudah shlishit – you can skip the feta if you want to keep it parve! Watch the accompanying video.
fruits of your choice (watermelon, citrus, etc)
feta cheese
fresh basil
1/3 cup Bartenura Balsamic Vinegar
Kedem Red Wine Vinegar or fruit juice
Galilee’s Delicacy Silan Date Syrup or honey
Combine glaze ingredients, let simmer until thick and reduced by two thirds.
Slice the fruit, place in bowl with basil, feta and drizzle with the glaze.
