Milchig Creamy Egg Nog

1. In mixer, beat egg yolks, sugar & vanilla for 15-20 minutes until smooth & creamy. (Will appear dry at first)
2. Add milk gradually mixing by hand until well combined.
3. Add alcohol & mix again, strain egg nog through fine sieve (such as tea strainer).


* This alcohol can not be purchased in the USA but can be obtained in Israel or Belgium. 

Does not need refrigeration and will keep indefinitely.
