Diets This quick and easy recipe for dairy rugelach may not be the most original dessert to grace your table but they will definitely be very well received.
2 cups Glicks Flour
1 (8-ounce) container cream cheese
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons Gefen Cinnamon
Mix flour, cream cheese, and butter until a dough forms. Refrigerate for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll dough into an eight-inch circle. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the whole circle. Using a pizza cutter, cut the circle into 16 slices, like a pizza. Roll up each wedge, beginning at the outer edge and moving toward the center. Make sure the tip is tucked underneath when placing on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
