1 onion, diced
oil, for sautéing
2 packages shredded cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
2 stalks celery, shredded
2-3 slices cold cuts, finely shredded or chopped
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package Gefen Wonton Wrappers
Sauté onion in oil in a large frying pan until golden.
Add remaining vegetables and cook until soft. Add cold cuts and seasonings. Mix until combined.
Place one to two tablespoons filling in the middle of a wrapper and roll it up like a blintz.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the rolls on all sides until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
