Ingredients

Nectarine Cobbler

  • 6 large nectarines, pitted and chopped

  • 1/2 cup Haddar Brown Sugar

  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Biscuit Topping

  • 1/4 cup margarine

  • pinch of salt


Wine Pairing

Herzog Late Harvest Chenin Blanc

Directions

Nectarine Cobbler

1.

Mix up all ingredients and place into an individual cast iron skillet or casserole.

2.

Place on grill that has been heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Biscuit Topping

1.

While cobbler begins to cook, mix all ingredients for topping in a mixing bowl.

2.

Once mixed, crumble over top of your cobbler on the grill.

Finishing

1.

Once crumble has been placed, cook cobbler for an additional 10 to 15 minutes (see video for exact timing) and let rest for several minutes before enjoying.
