2 cups oats
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 sticks margarine (use soy-free if needed)
1 and 1/3 cups brown sugar
3 green apples, peeled and sliced thinly
1 (20-ounce) can Gefen Cherry Pie Filling
Mix flour, oats, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Layer sliced apples over the “dough.”
Pour cherry pie filling over apples.
Crumble remaining “dough” mixture on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Yum!! This pie is absolutely fabulous!
Family loved it and it became our Friday night side to the chicken and kugel very fast!
oatmeal apple cherry kugel My kids are in love with it ,they cant get enough from it.
I tried putting sour cherries instead of cherry pie filling ,but wasnt as good as with the pie filling,I guess the jelly is really necessary
Yum Yum! I made this for Shabbos and it was so easy and a yummy sweet crisp. I used raisins soaked in warm water instead of cherry pie filling.
