Diets Packed with protein and fiber and sweetened a bit to form a scrumptious oatmeal cookie.
1 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) trans-fat-free margarine (soy-free, if needed), room temperature
3/4 cup agave
1/2 cup xylitol or granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 and 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
3 cups gluten free old-fashioned rolled oats
2/3 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips (or sugar free if you prefer)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Line two baking sheets with Gefen Parchment Paper. Set aside.
In an electric mixer, cream together peanut butter, margarine, agave, and xylitol. Add eggs and baking soda. Mix well.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips until well combined.
Use a tablespoon to drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake in center of preheated oven for 11 minutes or until golden yet soft. Do not overbake. Remove to rack to cool completely.
Yields about 18 cookies

Flour? I just made this recipe but it failed miserably! Is there supposed to be flour in these cookies?
I am so sorry you experienced that Sara! I went back into the original file and did not see flour there either. I will pass the comments on to the team to look into it.
