Diets Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, these cookies can be whipped up in just a few minutes. Feel free to add your own mix-ins according to your taste: raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, mini lentils. Anything goes! You won’t be sorry you made these!
1 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
dash of salt
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
3/4 cup oil
1 and 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins or 1 cup coconut or 1 cup walnuts (optional)
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
Form into one-inch balls.
Place on greased baking sheet two inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
