This is the perfect oatmeal cookie recipe. The secret to its extra chunk and flavor? It’s full of cinnamon and walnuts. Baking a tray of these will definitely make your house smell amazing.
3 cups gluten free oat flour
2 cups gluten free rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 and 1/4 cups Gefen Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup raw walnuts
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a prepared cookie sheet and lightly press down with a fork.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes and cool off before eating.
