Diets The applesauce substitutes for half the fat in this cookie – but guess what! No one will ever taste the difference!
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup Haddar Applesauce
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 and 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 and 1/2 cups oats*
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In large mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugars, and applesauce until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well. On low speed, add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in oats and raisins until well combined.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets, leaving space around each cookie.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
