Looking for the perfect way to serve a new fruit this Rosh Hashanah? We have the easiest, tastiest, and most refreshing recipe for you. This 3-ingredient sorbet takes minutes to come together and will become a staple dessert on your Yom Tov menu!
Directions
1. Take the bags of frozen fruit out of the fridge and let them defrost for three to five minutes.
2. Add the fruit and maple syrup to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Store in a container in the freezer and enjoy.
4. Optional: You can make a magic chocolate shell to go on top of the sorbet. Just melt chocolate with a little bit of coconut oil and pour over the sorbet. It will harden in a few seconds.
i used beleaves passion fruit cubes. the combination of mango and passionfruit is divine. BUT after blending it was FULL of those black pits, way too many to serve. I let the whole thing defrost and then but it through a sieve.
