I really liked this recipe, is there a way I can make this not kosher for Pesach?

    Great recipe.. tweak directions

I knew 2 hours was too long to bake so I took it out after 1 hour and it was perfect! Probably could use less eggs. I made it in a 9 inch round tin and it was beautiful.

    Not the best Directions

I placed it in a 9x13 pan. 2 hours was too long to bake, it was burnt. I think 1-1.5 hours would have sufficed. Otherwise it was easy and yummy.
