Prepare the Apple Kugel

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, combine apples, sugar, eggs, potato starch, and oil.

Pour into a greased eight- by 10-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake for two hours, or until golden. You can also bake these in muffin tins for about 12–16 minutes.

Great recipe.. tweak directions
I knew 2 hours was too long to bake so I took it out after 1 hour and it was perfect! Probably could use less eggs. I made it in a 9 inch round tin and it was beautiful.Replies: -

I placed it in a 9x13 pan. 2 hours was too long to bake, it was burnt. I think 1-1.5 hours would have sufficed. Otherwise it was easy and yummy.Replies:
