Ingredients

Passover Kishke

  • 3/4 cup Gefen Potato Starch, or more as needed

  • 1 large potato, grated

  • 1 small onion, grated

  • 1 large carrot, grated

Directions

1.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add potato starch if needed for a firm consistency. Divide into two logs, then wrap individually.

2.

Cook in cholent immediately, or freeze.
