Passover "Knishes"

Mounded mashed potatoes present so elegantly in these compact mounds. The combo of potatoes and sautéed onions is one of our favorites!

Start Cooking

Prepare the Knishes

  1. Sauté onion in liberal amount of oil.

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.

  3. Form into balls or scoop and place onto cookie sheets.

  4. Brush with egg.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.


Bake in eight- x eight-inch or nine-inch round baking pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
