These Pastrami Beef Bites are the perfect party appetizer. They’re quite easy to make, packed with flavor, and they’re absolute crowd pleasers!
1 pack pastrami, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 tablespoon duck sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
36 mini puff pastry squares
Garlic mayonnaise
Sauté the onion in a large pan over medium-high heat until golden. Add the pastrami and sauté for three more minutes.
Place the ground beef in the pot and use a wooden spoon to break up into small pieces. Add the duck sauce, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
Allow for the meat mixture to cool a bit. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a sheet pan covered with parchment paper.
Scoop a tablespoon of the meat mixture onto each puff pastry square. Drizzle all of them with garlic mayonnaise and bake for twenty five minutes.
