Ingredients

Peach Sorbet

  • 1/4 cup warm water, as needed

Directions

1.

Slice the peaches and place in the freezer for three to four hours until frozen.

2.

Process the peaches, stevia, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth; add warm water as needed.

Variation:

You can use other fruits if you don’t like peaches. You can even add a little coconut milk to turn it into a sherbet.
