Diets Peanut butter lovers rejoice! This insane tasting peanut butter bite parfait makes a delicious breakfast, snack or dessert! Yields 3 parfait cups
32 ounces vanilla yogurt
peanut butter bites
1 bag frozen strawberries, semi-defrosted
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Gefen Cornstarch dissolved in 1 teaspoon milk
1/4 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
In a saucepan, mix the strawberries sugar and lemon juice over low heat.
Stir frequently, mashing the strawberries as you stir. Once it starts to bubble, add the cornstarch and mix.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Start by crumbling one peanut butter bite on the bottom of each glass layer. On top, add about 1/4 cup of yogurt, two tablespoons of peanut butter syrup, another 1/4 cup of yogurt, followed by three tablespoons of strawberry jam and another 1/4 cup of yogurt on top.
Garnish with one tablespoon of peanut butter syrup and one peanut butter bite crumbled on top.
