Diets This appetizer is so easy to put together, but so incredibly delicious – all my samples were gone very, very quickly!
1 baguette, sliced
fig jam
Dijon mustard
2 firm pears (I used bartlett), thinly sliced into rounds
handful of arugula
crumbled goat cheese
red grape reduction
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast until lightly browned.
On each slice, spread a thin layer of fig jam and dijon mustard. Top with one pear slice, a few arugula leaves and goat cheese crumbles.
Drizzle lightly with red grape reduction.
