Diets The perfect use for all those cute schnapps bottles you get for mishloach manos.
1 box penne pasta (white, such as Tuscanini, or whole wheat)
2 tablespoons butter
6 cloves garlic, crushed, or 6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
24 ounces heavy cream
12 ounces Tuscanini Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 (50-milliliter) vodka bottles (approximately 3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
red pepper flakes (optional)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot (I use the same pot I made the pasta in), heat butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Bring to a boil.
Toss with the pasta.
