Penne a la Vodka with Parmesan

The perfect use for all those cute schnapps bottles you get for mishloach manos.

Ingredients

Penne a la Vodka with Parmesan

  • 3 (50-milliliter) vodka bottles (approximately 3/4 cup)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Penne a la Vodka with Parmesan

1.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2.

In a large pot (I use the same pot I made the pasta in), heat butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

3.

Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Bring to a boil.

4.

Toss with the pasta.
