The perfect use for all those cute schnapps bottles you get for mishloach manos.


Prepare the Penne a la Vodka with Parmesan

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot (I use the same pot I made the pasta in), heat butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Bring to a boil.
4. Toss with the pasta.
