Zucchini Spirals are a fantastic replacement for regular pasta. Gluten-free and nutritious, they add great flavor to your dishes without the calories and carbs of pasta. Serve with a quick and easy homemade pesto for a delicious side dish.

Prepare the Zucchini Spirals

  1. Combine basil, garlic and walnuts in the bowl of a food processor.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. With the motor running, add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified.

  4. Prepare zucchini spirals according to directions and toss with pesto.

  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
