This elegant but simple main dish is perfect for when you’re short on time but want to serve something appetizing and classy. In two simple steps, you’ve got yourself a juicy turkey roll, with a flavor combo of a sweet sauce and pickled turkey that is just delicious!
5 pickled turkey rolls, 4 pounds each
16 ounces Gefen Duck Sauce
16 ounces apricot jam
Place turkey rolls into large pots, covering with water. After water has boiled for five minutes, spill water.
Cover rolls with fresh water and cook for two and a half hours. Remove from pot and allow to cool. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove net and slice. Serve two slices per person.
To serve pickled turkey warm, reheat in sauce.
Mix well and pour over turkey.
