This elegant but simple main dish is perfect for when you’re short on time but want to serve something appetizing and classy. In two simple steps, you’ve got yourself a juicy turkey roll, with a flavor combo of a sweet sauce and pickled turkey that is just delicious!

Ingredients

Pickled Turkey

  • 5 pickled turkey rolls, 4 pounds each

Duck Sauce

Directions

Prepare the Pickled Turkey

1.

Place turkey rolls into large pots, covering with water. After water has boiled for five minutes, spill water.

2.

Cover rolls with fresh water and cook for two and a half hours. Remove from pot and allow to cool. Refrigerate overnight.

3.

Remove net and slice. Serve two slices per person.

4.

To serve pickled turkey warm, reheat in sauce.

Prepare the Duck Sauce

1.

Mix well and pour over turkey.

Notes:

For uniformly thin slices, freeze meat and have a butcher slice the rolls.
