Ingredients

Pineapple and Pom Salsa

  • 1 large, ripe tomato, finely diced

  • 1 cup finely diced pineapple

  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils

  • 1/4 teaspoon Haddar Salt

  • juice and zest of 1/2 lime

For Serving

Directions

Prepare the Pineapple and Pom Salsa

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Toss and serve with guacamole and tortilla chips.
