Tried banana ice cream and found it kind of … meh? Take things to the tropics with this rich pineapple variation!
12 eggs, separated
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
2 (20-ounce) cans Gefen Crushed Pineapple
8 bananas, very ripe
2/3 cup oil
Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add sugars and beat until stiff.
Blend remaining ingredients and combine with egg whites. Freeze.

yolks? juice? Do you add in the egg yolks too? Or reserve that for some other use? What about the pineapple juice in the can- drain or add into the mixture?
Yes, you would add the egg yolks and the pineapple juice as well.
