4 Dr. Praeger’s Super Green Veggie Burger, cooked according to package directions
2 pitas, sliced in half
hummus, for spreading
1/2 cup butter lettuce, or lettuce of choice
1 tomato, cut into thin slices
1 Persian cucumber, cut into slices
1/4 red onion, cut into strips
1/4 cup crumbled Ta’amti Feta (optional)
Mighty Sesame Tahini (optional)
Spread the inside of the pitas with hummus.
Add in the burger, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
Before serving, add crumbled feta and a drizzle of tahini, if desired.
