Pomegranate Glaze Topped with Fresh Fruit

Prepare the Glaze
Mix all glaze ingredients together in a small bowl. Drizzle over cake. (We used Estee Kafra’s Honey Bundt Cake.) Add extra confectioners' sugar as needed one tablespoon at a time to thicken if desired.
Garnish with fresh fruit and flowers.
If you don’t have pomegranate syrup, cook a cup of Heaven & Earth Pomegranate Juice on a low boil for approximately 15 minutes until it’s greatly reduced and syrupy.
