3 rd time since Hanukkah making this for my family
I make this chicken almost every Shabbos, but I use orange juice instead of pomegranate juice and it comes out delicious.
I saw in the comments that someone wrote she used this on a roast, so I made the recipe with both chicken and a roast to compare. While both were delicious, the vote here was definitely that it is better on a roast!
What kind of roast and how long did you cook it for?
My entire family loved it. It’s delicious and I’ve never used silan or pomegranate juice. I will definitely be making it more this month.
Very good..gave only 4 stars because I think it could have had a more pronounced flavor. Next time I will add more of the ingredients for bolder flavor.
what can i use instead of pomegranate juice?
does this bake covered?

Does this chicken freeze well?
yes, it should!
