Easy and delicious
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
500 grams mince meat
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
5 white potatoes, peeled and boiled
5 sweet potatoes, peeled and boiled
Fry onion. Add garlic. Add mince meat. Then, add spices and soy sauce. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Place meat in a ovenproof dish.
Combine both white and sweet potatoes in a boil and mash. Then, place on the meat mixture.
Use a fork to make the ridges. Spray with oil. Bake on high until golden on top – around an hour.
