1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix together maple syrup and mustard. You can add a bit of mayo to this mixture if you’d like.
3. Dredge salmon in flour. Coat with mixture of mustard and maple.
4. Dip in crushed pretzels.
5. Spray generously with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes. .
