A cocktail legend made even lovelier, thanks to a generous helping of Prosecco. The White Lady is a slinky, sophisticated 1920s classic – and so will you be once you’ve sipped one of these!

Directions

Prepare the Prosecco White Lady

1. Pour the gin and Cointreau into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Stir until very cold, then strain into a chilled martini glass.
2. Top up with Prosecco and the lemon juice and serve at once.
