Assemble

  1. Pour barbecue sauce over steak. Bake covered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for one to two hours. Allow to cool slightly. Pull beef and add a bit more barbecue sauce if necessary.

  2. Fry French fries in oil.

  3. To assemble: Drizzle barbecue sauce over bun. Place sausage in. Arrange pulled beef over sausage. Place fries on top. Sprinkle with black lava salt.
