This meaty supper fav is delicious and filling. Serve with rice or your favorite grain, or over a salad! Recipe from Glatt Dynasty, Broadway, NY.
Preheat oil in large skillet or wok.
Slice meat thinly to one-inch pieces. Fry in hot oil for three minutes.
Add sliced onion and pepper and fry for two minutes. Remove from pan.
Rinse pan in hot water.
Replace meat into dry pan or wok.
Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce and add sugar. Pour over meat.
Cook over high heat for an additional three minutes. Combine with fried vegetables.
