Quinoa granola with macadamia, cranberry and honey is just that perfect balance of sweet, salty, and crunchy and is a perfect topper, snack, or gift.
4 tablespoons Manuka honey
1 tablespoon oil of choice
3 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup macadamia nuts
3/4 cup hazelnuts
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/2 cup Gefen Dried Cranberries
Preheat oven to 325ºF and line a baking tray with non-stick Gefen Easy Baking Parchment.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla. Allow to dissolve then simmer for three minutes. Set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients (except the cranberries) in a large mixing bowl, pour over the honey mixture and mix well. Spread this evenly over the lined baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring well every 15 minutes. In the last 10 minutes stir through the cranberries.

Where’s the quinoa? Am I missing something? There doesn’t seem to be any quinoa in this quinoa granola….
