This is delicious even with pareve ice cream and has such a pretty presentation, making it a perfect Shabbos or Yom Tov dessert. Best of all, it doesn’t require much prep.
3 scoops (pareve) vanilla ice cream
1 kiwi, diced
1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup crushed pistachios (optional)
strawberry sauce
1 sugar cone
On a plate, place three scoops of ice cream in a row.
In a small bowl, mix together kiwi and pomegranate. Lay next to the ice cream.
Drizzle strawberry syrup over the ice cream. Top with pistachios.
Break the cone into large pieces and stick some into the ice cream scoops.
