Diets These cookies look great on a platter (or in a basket) alternated with regular chocolate chip cookies. Yield: About 2 and 1/2 dozen cookies
2/3 cup margarine
1 and 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup Gefen Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Baking Soda
1 (10-ounce) package white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cream together the margarine, sugar, water, and vanilla.
Add the remaining ingredients, excluding the white chocolate chips. Mix until well blended. Stir in the chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet one and a half inches apart.
Bake for seven to nine minutes.
