Rosemary Roast Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Mix together oil, paprika, lemon, rosemary, and lemon pepper. Spread over chicken (underneath skin) and allow to marinate for about one hour.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit on the convection setting for about an hour, basting every 15 minutes or so. In the last 10 minutes, drizzle on silan. Check for doneness with meat thermometer.
