Sautéed 4-Color Balsamic Peppers in the Pizza Maker

Ingredients

Sautéed 4-Color Balsamic Peppers

  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

  • 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Crushed Garlic

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 yellow pepper, sliced

Directions

Prepare the Sautéed 4-Color Balsamic Peppers

Saute onion and garlic in oil in the pizza maker or in a pot until fragrant (about one minute in the pizza maker).

2.

Add peppers, thyme, parsley, and salt and cook until peppers are cooked through and begin to brown. Remove from heat and mix in balsamic vinegar.
