2 pounds chicken cutlets, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
2 tablespoons schwarma spice
2 tablespoons oil
schwarma (recipe follows)
s’chug
chummus
fried eggplant
Haddar Cucumbers in Brine or other pickles
Israeli salad
Heat a frying pan and add the oil, chicken and schwarma spice. Fry for about 15-20 minutes until all the pieces are cooked through.
Place a little bit of each topping on every latke and enjoy!
