Diets Candied peanuts with sesame seeds! A sweet and crunchy snack that is so simple to prepare and makes a yummy treat!
2 cups raw unsalted peanuts
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon water
6 tablespoons Gefen Sesame Seeds
drop of salt
Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
Melt the sugar and water in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Once the sugar has melted, add in the peanuts.
Mixture will begin to bubble and start to crystallize. Keep mixing.
Once the peanuts are fully coated, remove from heat and transfer to the prepared tray.
Quickly sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and let cool for 30 minutes.
