With spring upon us, it just feels so right to take advantage of colorful berries to whip up a refreshing smoothie! This is one of the easiest ways to boost your daily nutritional intake. It’s also a great way to add essential vitamins to the diet of your pickiest eaters (which kid doesn’t love a sweet, enticing smoothie?) and those who need breakfast on the run. This version is simple, straight-up delicious!

Ingredients

Simple Berry Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup Gefen Almond Milk (see tip)

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt

Directions

Prepare the Berry Smoothie

1.

In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.

Tips:

Use any milk of your choice. I prefer almond milk since it has loads of calcium, protein, vitamins, and minerals. It’s also easy on the stomach.
