It doesn’t get any easier than this, and the taste is divine!
3-4 pound brisket
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 (26-ounce) jar Gefen Duck Sauce
Sprinkle brisket with garlic powder and pour duck sauce over meat.
Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for two and a half to three hours. Check after two hours to see if meat is fork-tender; do not overbake or meat will dry out.

Very tasty and easy. I don’t think a whole jar of duck sauce is necessary.
very good on chazeh bakar which is brisket. easy recipe i added a spoon of onion soup mix
Does it matter if first or 2nd cut?
how would the cook differ for a pickled 2nd cut brisket?
This brisket recipe has me going back to making it every time! I sometimes make it with brick roast but both cuts of meat work beautifully. I love how simple, easy and effortless it is to make and it always comes out delicious!!
